How do I know what kind of clean I need?

The right cleaning service depends on your home’s upkeep, level of buildup, and what you’d like addressed. If your home is cleaned regularly and just needs maintenance, a standard clean may be enough. However, if it’s been more than three months since your last deep clean—or if areas like baseboards, vents, and detailed scrubbing haven’t been addressed in a while—a deep clean is typically recommended to reset your space. Not sure? We’re happy to assess and suggest the best option based on your home’s condition. Some situations may require additional time or services beyond a standard or deep clean, and we can always adjust as needed.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, for your very first cleaning, we take a 30% deposit to hold your spot. It goes straight toward your total. Once you’re a recurring client, you won’t need to put down deposits anymore.

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens, just give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If it’s less than 48 hours, your deposit will be non-refundable. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or if we can’t access your home, the full cleaning fee will be charged (that’s the total of the service you booked).

When do I pay the rest?

The balance is due right after your cleaning is complete. We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, Card, or Cash. We can also text an invoice link that will allow you to pay directly online.

What if I’m not happy with the cleaning?

Your happiness matters. If something isn’t right, let us know within 24 hours. We’ll come back to make it right or work out another solution with you.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

A 30% deposit is required to secure your first cleaning appointment.
This deposit is applied toward your total on the day of service.
Once you become a recurring client, no further deposits are required for future cleanings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or inaccessible homes will be charged the full cleaning fee (the total cost of the scheduled service).

Payment

Remaining balances are due immediately at the end of service.
Accepted payments: Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo, Card and Cash.
Late or failed payments may incur a $25 late fee for every 24 hours past due until resolved.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours.
We will return to address the concern or work out a fair solution.
